At Lopqix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your EVA beach bag or accessories, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Eligibility for Returns
Returnable Items:
- Unopened beach bags in original packaging
- Unused straps and accessories with tags attached
- Products with manufacturing defects (any time within warranty)
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
- Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at lopqix@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return instructions and a return authorization number
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Wrong Items: We'll cover return shipping costs
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please contact us at lopqix@outlook.com. We'll help you exchange your item subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
