SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • United States (primary market)
  • International destinations (selected countries)

All orders are shipped from our facility in China. Part of orders may be shipped from AMZ MCF.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please note: Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIME

UNITED STATES:

  • Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days - $9.99
  • FREE Shipping: 10-15 business days - FREE on orders $50 and above
  • Express Shipping: 5-7 business days - $24.99 (optional)

INTERNATIONAL (Other Countries):

  • Standard International Shipping: 15-25 business days - $12.99
  • FREE International Shipping: 15-25 business days - FREE on orders $75 and above

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using this number on the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

IMPORTANT: Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

For shipments to the United States:

  • Import duties and taxes may apply depending on the order value and product type
  • These fees are collected by customs at the time of delivery
  • Lopqix is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about potential charges.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We cannot ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (for certain carriers)
  • Military APO/FPO addresses (please contact us for options)

Some products may have shipping restrictions based on destination. If your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will contact you.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Lopqix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:

  • Tracking your package closely
  • Requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders
  • Contacting the carrier directly if you believe your package was lost or stolen

If you have concerns about package security, please contact us before placing your order to discuss alternative delivery options.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
  2. Contact us immediately at hello@lopqix.com
  3. Provide your order number and photos
  4. We will arrange for a replacement or refund

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed, we begin processing immediately. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at hello@lopqix.com as soon as possible.

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement
  • After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled (but can be returned per our Return Policy)

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Peak season volume
  • International holidays
