REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

RETURN WINDOW You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
  • If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as final sale

RETURN SHIPPING Since our products ship from China, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting us at hello@lopqix.com before initiating a return, as we may be able to resolve your issue through an exchange or partial refund.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Contact us at hello@lopqix.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and address
  4. Ship the item back to our China facility (address provided upon request)
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund

REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider

EXCHANGES We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at hello@lopqix.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
