At Lopqix, we're committed to getting your EVA beach bags and accessories to you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping may be available for select countries – please contact us at lopqix@outlook.com to inquire about shipping to your location.
Processing Time
- Standard Orders: 1-3 business days
- Customized Products: 3-5 business days
- Peak Season (Holidays): 3-7 business days
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
- Orders under $50: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Orders $50+: FREE standard shipping within the US
- Expedited/Express: Additional fees apply (shown at checkout)
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier's website or through the tracking link in your email.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Currently, each order can only be shipped to one address. If you need to send items to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.
Customs & International Orders
For international shipments (where available):
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees
- Delivery times may be longer due to customs processing
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs
Shipping Issues
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at lopqix@outlook.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
